An image of a Taco Bell employee with his hands down his pants in Sandusky, Ohio, went viral after customer Austin Velliquette posted it to Facebook on Monday night. According to the Daily Mail, Velliquette captioned the picture "Sandusky Taco bell for ya. I think I'll go somewhere else, thanks," which was shared over 6,000 times by Wednesday.
Because no one wants to see someone with their hands in their pants, especially when that person works at a place where you eat, the employee was fired and the staff was retrained. Taco Bell released a statement that said, "We want our customers to know that the person in the photo was never in contact with food, and that the Health Department inspected the restaurant and approved its operations."
Taco Bell also said that what happened was completely unacceptable. Um, yeah, I would say so.
